How do I get my ticket?
We email your m-Ticket as soon as the operator confirms it, usually within a minute of payment. It includes your TripDnD reference, TIN and operator PNR.
Can I cancel my bus ticket?
Yes, when the operator permits online cancellation. Your ticket shows the exact cancellation terms and refund estimate before you confirm.
Which ID should I carry?
Carry a valid government photo ID. If the operator needs a specific ID, we ask for it before payment and show it on your ticket.
What if the operator cancels the bus?
We notify you, show any alternate arrangement from the operator and start the applicable refund to your original payment method.
