1. Acceptance

By creating an account, booking a stay, or applying to become a partner on TripDnD, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Bookings

• All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
• Prices are shown in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellation and refund rules are per the individual hotel's policy shown at checkout.
• Check-in requires a valid government-issued ID.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Partner programme

• Partner earnings are payable only after a stay is completed.
• Bank and payout details are collected only after provisional approval and digital signing of the partner agreement.
• Hotel onboarding bonuses apply only after the minimum number of completed stays configured on the platform.
• We may suspend or terminate partner accounts for policy violations, fraud, or misrepresentation.

5. Prohibited use

Do not use TripDnD to post false information, circumvent payments, scrape our data, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system.

6. Liability

TripDnD acts as an intermediary between travellers and hotels. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of hotels, including service quality at the property. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
