Hi, how can we help?

Where is my bus ticket?

We email your e-ticket as soon as the operator confirms it — usually within two minutes of paying. If you were signed in when you booked, it's also in My trips. Can't find it? Use “Find my bus ticket” on this page with your booking reference (it starts with TDB-) and the mobile number you booked with.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Most operators accept the m-Ticket on your phone. If your ticket says “Printed ticket needed”, carry a printout — that operator won't accept the phone copy.

Which ID should I carry?

Carry a government photo ID for the journey. If the operator asked for an ID at booking, bring that exact ID for the first passenger — it's checked at boarding.

How do I cancel my bus ticket?

Open your ticket (the link in your email, or My trips) and tap “Cancel seats”. You'll see the exact refund before you confirm. Online cancellation closes at the cut-off shown in the cancellation policy on your ticket.

How much will I get back if I cancel?

It depends on how early you cancel — the operator's cancellation policy is on your ticket. Charges are per seat, on the base fare. The convenience fee isn't refundable.

Can I cancel only some of the seats?

If the operator allows it, yes — pick the seats you want to cancel. The first (primary) passenger's seat can only be cancelled together with the whole ticket.

When will my refund arrive?

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once a refund starts it usually takes 5–7 working days to show up, depending on your bank.

I paid but didn't get a ticket

If the operator can't issue your ticket, we cancel the booking and refund the full amount automatically — you'll get an email when the refund starts. Charged but got neither a ticket nor a refund email? Raise a request below and include the payment reference from your bank or UPI app.

The operator cancelled my bus

You get a full refund automatically, and we email you as soon as it starts. If the operator arranges another bus, we'll email those details too.

Can I change my date, seat or passenger name?

Changes aren't possible online. You can cancel (the cancellation policy applies) and book again. If you're stuck, raise a request and we'll check with the operator.

When should I reach the boarding point?

We suggest reaching 15 minutes before the boarding time on your ticket. Boarding points and times come from the operator — call the number on your ticket if you can't find the bus.

What do the pink and blue seats mean?

Pink seats are reserved for women and blue seats for men — the operator sets these. Grey seats are already booked.

How do bus ratings work?

Only travellers who booked the bus on TripDnD can rate it, after their trip. A rating shows once a bus has at least 3 reviews.

Find my bus ticket

We'll email the ticket link to the address used for booking.
