TripDnD ("we", "us", "our") operates the website tripdnd.com and related services for hotel bookings and partner onboarding in India. Contact: support@tripdnd.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, password hash.
• Booking details: check-in / check-out dates, guests, hotel, room, payment status.
• Partner application details: profile photo, ID/PAN, bank details (only after approval), business info.
• Device & usage information: IP address, browser type, pages visited.

3. How we use your data

• Provide, process and confirm bookings and payouts.
• Verify partner applications and enforce platform policies.
• Send transactional emails (OTP, booking confirmations, status updates).
• Improve the platform and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Sharing

We share information only with hotels required to fulfil your booking, payment processors, and service providers under contract. We do not sell personal data.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and booking history for as long as your account is active. Support chat messages read by both sides are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@tripdnd.com.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
