Who can join?
Bus operators who run their own buses, travel agents who book seats on other companies' buses (for example an agent who can get seats on Saini Travels), or both. Your label — Bus operator, Travel agent or Operator + agent — shows on every offer.
What documents do I need?
Everyone: PAN, business proof (GST, Udyam or Shop & Establishment licence) and the owner's photo ID (masked Aadhaar is fine). Operators: the RC and permit of their first bus. Agents: proof you sell bus tickets — an agent ID or booking-portal screenshot, a travel-agency licence, or a photo of your shop board.
What does it cost?
Nothing during our launch: joining, quoting and winning customers are all free. If we start charging later, we'll tell you well in advance — and approved partners get welcome credits.
Can I share my number in the offer?
No. Offers with phone numbers, WhatsApp, links or handles are blocked, and repeated tries add a strike. The customer gets your number the moment you confirm.
How does the price promise work?
Your offer is final and all-inclusive. After connecting, you issue the ticket in the portal (PNR, seats, amount) — the amount can't be above your offer. Charging a customer more is a strike; 3 strikes in 90 days pause your account.
What if the lead is fake?
Report it within 24 hours. Wrong numbers, duplicates and customers who deny asking are refunded after a quick check. “Didn't book” isn't refunded.
