Nearest Airport: Bhuntar (Kullu-Manali) Airport, approx. 25–32 km. Nearest Railway Station: Joginder Nagar Railway Station, approx. 125 km. By Road & Foot: Drive to Jari, then to the Malana Gate/road-head, followed by a steep uphill trek of roughly 3–4 km (about 1–1.5 hours) into the village; the village itself is not motorable.

Best time to visit

May–August: The most accessible and pleasant window, with clear trekking conditions. September–November: Cooler and clear, good for photography. December–April: Cold, with snow on higher stretches; trekking becomes more difficult and is recommended only for experienced winter trekkers.
