Day 1
ShimlaArrival Chandigarh & Drive to Shimla
On arrival at Chandigarh Airport / railway Station , you'll be met and driven to Shimla, the former summer capital of British India and today the capital of Himachal Pradesh, known for its colonial-era architecture and Mall Road. Check in at your hotel on arrival; evening at leisure.
Day 2
ShimlaShimla Sightseeing with Kufri
Drive out to Kufri (approx. 30 minutes from Shimla), set amid dense forest and snow-capped peaks. Return to Shimla to cover Jakhoo Hill & Temple, Christ Church, The Ridge and Mall Road, and Lakkar Bazar for local shopping
Day 3
ManaliDepart Shimla & Drive to Manali
After Breakfast Drive to Manali through the scenic Kullu Valley, regarded in Hindu mythology as the cradle of humankind and linked to the legend of Manu. Check in at your hotel on arrival; evening at leisure.
Day 4
ManaliManali City Tour with Naggar
Visit Naggar Castle, once the capital of the Kullu Rajas and now home to the Nicholas Roerich art gallery (entrance payable directly). Continue with Manali's local sights — Vashisht hot springs, Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple and Van Vihar — before free time for shopping at Mall Road.
Day 5
ManaliSolang Valley Excursion
Drive to Solang Valley, Manali's best-known base for adventure activities such as paragliding, zorbing and skiing, set among apple orchards and snow-capped peaks at around 8,500 ft. An optional excursion to Atal Tunnel or Rohtang Pass is available at extra cost, subject to road conditions.
Day 6
DharamshalaManali to Dharamshala
After Breakfast Drive to Dharamshala, set in the shadow of the Dhauladhar range and home to McLeodganj, seat of the Tibetan government-in-exile. Check in at your hotel on arrival; evening at leisure.
Day 7
DharamshalaDharamshala City Tour
Visit the International Cricket Stadium and State War Memorial (entrance payable directly), followed by Dal Lake, St John Church and Bhagsu Nath Temple with its waterfall. Round off at the Dalai Lama Temple in McLeodganj, with free time at the local market for souvenirs
Day 8
DalhousieDharamshala to Dalhousie
Proceed to Dalhousie, one of Himachal's best-known hill stations, named after Lord Dalhousie, the British Governor-General of India, and known for its pleasant climate. Check in at your hotel on arrival
Day 9
DalhousieKhajjiar Excursion
Visit Khajjiar, known as the 'Mini-Switzerland' of India for its saucer-shaped meadow, small central lake and surrounding pine forest. On the return leg, cover Panchpula, St Francis Catholic Church and Mall Road in Dalhousie.
Day 10
AmritsarDalhousie to Amritsar
After Breakfast, Drive to Amritsar and check in at your hotel, then visit the Golden Temple (Sri Harmandir Sahib), one of Sikhism's most sacred sites. Continue to Jallianwala Bagh, and in the evening witness the Wagah Border retreat ceremony (timing subject to season).
Day 11
Depart Amritsar
After breakfast, drive to the Amritsar airport/railway station for your onward journey, marking the end of a memorable holiday.
